Okay mate, just calm down a moment. I'll see if i can help by providing you with the option settings I have.

First off, I'm using Lectrode's Dolphin Builds at R6237, 64bit, SSE4.2. I get a decent 27-30FPS, even during large battles. Not too bad. Get some random crashes, but nothing too hap-hazard.

Settings:
Enable Dual-Core and Idle Skipping.
Enable OpenCL
Check DSPLLE on Thread

Render to Main Screen
Confirm on Stop
Use Panic Handlers

Enable Progressive Scan

I'm using the DX9 Graphics Plugin, though you could try playing it with the DX10, it just doesn't have the customization that is required to get a decent image, if you know what I mean.

Enable V-Sync
Disable CPU > EFB Access (Important!)
Enable DListing Caching
Enable Safe Texture Cache, set to Fast.
Enable EFB Scale Copy

Disable Fog
Enable EFB Copy (set to RAM at start, and change it to TEXTURE once you've loaded in the village to keep your character from becoming a black outline.)
Disable XBF
Disable Use Native Mipmaps
Enable Hotkeys (Important. Key's 5, 6, and 7 come in handy. 5 chages the EFB Copy, 6 disables/enables fog, and 7 disables/enables BLOOM.)

Leave everything else unchecked and you should be good to go. If your computer can handle it, you can use the SSAA modes and Texture Filtering options, but they aren't needed.

Next right-click the Monster Hunter Tri title and click Properties, and check-mark MMU Speed Hack for better results.

well....that doesnt work either...
i think it has something to do with the 32 bit or 64 bit....
still....10-20 fps on intro...

May be the problem, mate. 64bit processing excelles at using large amounts of internal memory, including RAM and graphic card DRAM. Your computer may just not be up to specks on it, sense when I play MHTri it uses up loads and loads of my own 4GBs of DDR3 RAM.
