Shocked
-I use dolphin 5.0. The other development version can't recognized the Wiimote.
-I turn my DolphinBar to Mode 4.
-I selected Real Wiimote.
-I enable continuous scanning, Wiimote Motor.
-Everything seem ok, Wiimote rumbling everytime I pressed Refresh.
-But when I started Zelda Skyward Sword the message display "Wiimote 1 disconnected by emulated software" even though my Wiimote still connected to the DolphinBar and it still rumbling if I press Refresh button on Controller Configuration window.

Please help, I don't know what to do.

Sometimes I came across this issue with Skyward Sword. Try this: go to the Wii control config menu, and for remotes 2-4 set them to none. Try the game again. This usually worked for me.

Try pressing ALT+F5 (or was it CTRL+F5) to reconnect the Wiimote in Dolphin.
Check my profile for up to date specs.

Thank you for the reply, I already tired what you guys suggest but no luck. I turn other Wiimote to none and press ALT+F5 but the Emulator keep saying "Wiimote 1 disconnected by emulated software". I'm not sure Dolphin detected my Wiimote or not but both LED on DOlphinBar and my Wiimote lit up, it rumbling everytime I pressed Refresh button but I still can't make it work.

In your case, you should try using Dolphin 5.0 or (preferably) the latest Dolphin development builds, since we don't support 3.5.

Well, I use OSX and the same problems occur. Any Ideas?

I had this exact same issue when running in Linux. It turned out to be a permissions issue. If I ran Dolphin as root/admin, it worked fine. Adding a udev rule allowed it to work with non-root users.
