Please bring back "Disable Lightning" option

NV: Simply put, the developers are free to do whatever they like with their project. That doesn't always mean that everyone is going to like it or that it has to fit in with your rationalization of what constitutes someone being able to add or remove options. Obviously some of the developers who have posted here do not want this option included with Dolphin any longer, so there is no point in continuing to talk about it.
