Please add a button to restore default settings

Hi, I'm glad to see that the emulator features a very professional GUI. I'd like to suggest the addition of a Defaults button on each settings dialog (at least the main settings and the graphics settings ones) to restore the factory default settings.

After messing around a lot with different settings, it becomes hard to remember the original ones. I know can read the tooltips at the bottom, but a simple button would make the process faster and more secure. Thanks!

An easy way to do this is to go to the Dolphin emulator folder and delete the Config folder.

I never knew that, however, I have to agree with OP that a default button would indeed be a major plus and remove any worries the user would have of screwing something in the settings menu. Also, most people won't know about deleting the config folder (or worse might think it is really important and useful to Dolph and by deleting it ruin their dolphin. Furthermore, having a button would make the messing around of the settings easier and quicker as you wouldn't have to close the program delete a folder come back and instead everything would be right their. Thus I think that a default button would be very useful and helpful to the program on the whole.

Fun fact: I actually tried implementing this last year on a local fork as a coding exercise/practice, and even through I managed to at least the barebones of the UI part working (curse WX, that alone was a nightmare), I gave up once I tried to implement the actual "reset the settings" code. Might still have that UI code lying somewhere, though...
