Playing speed on different Game type

Iam just wondering whether playing different game types have different speed ?

e.g gamecube games can be run faster than wii games, or wiiware games runs faster than wii games.

i am sorry if this is obvious or already been answered (already tried searching) but i just want to know the answer.

It depends on the game and your processor, you can't just say all GC games run faster than Wii games or all Wiiware run faster than either other.

if you have a beast PC about 90% of games that dolphin can emulate (I.E get into game, and not crash, or need more work or custom code to get working) will run at the same speed (with frame limiter at 30/60fps)

if you have a crappy pc from pc world then your mileage may not go so far as to what games run fast and those that dont.
