Playing Skyward Sword with a 360 or Steam Controller

I'm trying to find the best way to play Skyward Sword either with a 360 or Steam Controller.
Because the game has special moves where you have to hold both nunchuck and wiimote in a specific way, is that even possible?

Are there any downloadable profiles I could use?

I have a Motionplus Wiimote and Nunchuck but I rather prefer to play with a controller.

This is impossible in official Dolphin builds. There's an unofficial build somewhere that will let you do it, but it has various disadvantages because it's old, we don't support it here, and playing Skyward Sword with a gamepad simply is an unenjoyable experience.

The build that lets you do that is several years old (I think back in the 3.5 days?), is an incredibly specific hack for Skyward Sword, and didn't even work half of the time from what I remember.
