Wii saves goes to <dolphin user folder>\Wii\title\00010000\<gameID>
<dolphin user folder> refer to your personal folder. Assuming that you're using 3.5-2143 or newer (and hadn't created the Dolphin reg keys or a portable.txt file next to Dolphin.exe), it'll be My Documents\Dolphin Emulator. If you've created a portable.txt file and put next to Dolphin.exe, it'll be <folder containing Dolphin.exe>\User. And if you've created the reg key, well, then you know what your folder is. <gameID> isn't the same used by Dolphin, it's set by the game creators, but you can easily discover the ID by right-clicking the game in the Dolphin browser and then choosing "Open Wii Save Folder". For example, Just Dance 4 NTSC-U save is located at "Wii\title\00010000\534a5845", so, if you copy the folder 534a5845 to the other computer, you're copying your save for Just Dance 4 NTSC-U
We have also the "Export Wii Save" option, but it doesn't work for some games...
