Playing back DTM input just stays stuck at first save state?

I recently did a live TAS and when I went to play it, it just was stuck at the first save state.

OS: Windows 10 x64 Processor / CPU: AMD A10-7860K 3.60 GHz / GPU: AMD Radeon R7 / RAM 16 GB, 14.9 GB usable /
/ Version of Dolphin: 5.0 stable /
