Most of the bottlenecking is CPU related because of how slow and unresponsive the drivers can be. if this were nvidia hardware it would run faster by default, purely because the drivers are faster. I know that. I've been in the Android forum since it started. I'm saying that even if Qualcomm decided to fix all of dolphin's issues that the hardware is still not the greatest. Honestly I just want someone to test the Snapdragon 810. Hopefully the AArch64 backend will have evolved by then.
