Does dolphin work well or decent on the samsung galaxy alpha and if not could someone give me a list of phones that run on dolphin

No "phone" currently runs dolphin at what you would call playable. Most phones are either running the buggy, slow snapdragon chips, or the less buggy, but even slower Mali GPU. So I would not hold my breath on the Galaxy alpha being able to come close to playable. As for tablets, the Nvidia shield tablet and nexus 9 are blasting ahead of the competition for emulation
