Play games @ High-res WITHOUT crashing

I have bought this system below:

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($270.61 @ Microcenter)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H-WB ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon HD 7970 3GB Video Card ($359.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Full (32/64-bit) ($311.76 @ Adorama)

And wish to play Gamecube & Wii games with high-res textures (if the game has any) without crashing. I have tried: dolphin-master-3.5-1565-x64 and I think a few gamecube games crash as does - Dolphin-r6503_FifoBsy_L8_x64_SSSE3 when trying to play Twilight Princess (with high-res textures). The games seem to crash early on - within 5-10 minutes (some of the time).

Can you post your video card driver version as well as your settings used in Dolphin?

Most recent (beta) drivers for Radeon HD

Why the Beta drivers? Have you tried the last stable ones? How about if you switch to D3D9? Also, can you post your hacks tab too?

I'll have to test more gamecube & Wii games to see what crashes, and when. Earlier today I connected a cable in the computer to use bluetooth (built onto the motherboard). Works fine and dandy for the most part but some of the time and randomly I get a pop up of "Communications with the Wii remote have been interrupted." anyone else that uses real wiimotes know how to fix that?"

My understanding is that this is an issue that can occur sometimes. You just have to press Alt+F5 to reconnect. You might also try the stable release to see if it does any better.
