I figured out a way you can stream your pc's video and audio to your android phone and use it to play dolphin on your phoneDodgy

Your Android phones WiFi must be turned on and connected to the same network your pc is for this to work!

1. First your going to need the Splashtop installer for your phone and your pc
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=U3O43SLU (Phone APK)
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=7AAWVWT7 (Installer For PC)

2. Put the Splashtop_Remote_Desktop_v1.6.0.2.apk file on the sd card of your phone and use a file manager such as astro to search for the file on your phone and install it.

3. Install the Splashtop_Streamer_Win_v1.6.5.4.exe file on your PC

4. Once those are both done, go to SplashTop Streamer on your PC and go to the security tab and make a password so that your phone can login to your PC, Also go to the settings tab and check mark the first option that says redirect all sound to phone.

5. Now go to your phone and open up Splashtop Remote Streamer and it should automatically find your pc if you did everything right. Connect your pc and put in the password that you made and you should see your desktop on your phone

6. Shazam now open dolphin register your wii remote and boot up a game you want to play and enjoy
just pretend im jesus everythings gonna be alright

Eh I tried Teamviewer earlier and the framerate was horrible. Not much fate in this kind of software. I read that onlive uses specialiced hardware for video compression, so maybe it's just not possible to get it to work decently.
Specs: intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz;
16Gb RAM; Raedon HD 7900;
Win8 64-Bit
