pikmin wii- low fps drop in water and using swarm attack

when entering the water in the I'll drop from 30 fps to 20-25, in the distant spring its a drop to 10-15. Frame drop from swarming is more random than water, I've messed around with the settings a small amount but haven't found any fix. In the gamecube version I don't have the same fps drop issues. Any way to fix it?

Is it a constant drop, or is it momentary and then it goes back up to 30fps?

Can you post screenshots of your Graphics settings?
