The game stops running after the nintendo logo is displayed, is there a option is which i have select to fix this?

Happens to me about 1/3 times, the rest it works great. (PAL, r3867)

Specs: intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz;
16Gb RAM; Raedon HD 7900;
Win8 64-Bit
