HALP!!!1! I CANT MAKE IT WORK....
lolz, j/k. Seriously though...
So I had Pikmin 2 working near perfect for a while-good FPS, good sound quality, no crashes, etc. But when I start day 3, about a minute or so in, it crashes. It does so regardless of which level I load, or what I do. And a lot of the time, once it crashes, I can't get the game to re-load until I restart my system. Basically the game just freezes up, audio and video, and if I change windows for whatever reason, it is black afterward. The fps and stuff at the top doesn't change either. When I close the program out and try to re-run it, the game is just black, and the title bar is stuck saying "loading blah blah stuff..."

SVN R 4311, Windows 7 64 bit, 4 gigs ram, intel core 2 duo @ 2 ghz each, ati mobility radeon HD 3450 w/ 256 mb dedicated vram

I read some threads on here stating people had gotten it working, and I was just wondering how.

Thanks in advance for your time

I'm using the r4343, x64 build (not IL) and it runs almost perfectly (occasional crash - excluding usual sound loss after a while).
I've never had any issues with pretty much any of the settings - everything has generally worked (config etc).
However when I used the IL build, I did get similar weird black screen crashes.
Also note, if you use anything past r4344 some of your sounds will be weird.
