Pikmin 2 freezes when saving

Hello, I have a problem with Pikmin 2 on Dolphin. A few months ago I started playing, and everything was fine. I stopped for some time, returning just now. Now, when I want to save, game simply freezes. I'm not sure what to do. I can move forward just using savestates, but I want to have normal saves as backup. Any ideas?
