pikmin 2 for pc clearing code cache error?

Whenever i start pikmin 2 from the game list on dolphin it starts up and freezes on the red Nintendo screen. it does the "meep-Meep" that the pikmin makes and freezes on the second one. on the bottom of the yellow texts it says "direct 3d9 video was backend" and "clearing code cache"

Someone please help me!

1. your CPU is too slow. GPU is really old, not sure if it's good enough.
2. did you try the latest development version?
