So which proccesor and GPU is the most suitable for android dolphin emulation?

Exynos and mali?, Atom and power vr?, Qualcom and adreno?, Mediatek and mali?

Also which phone is the most suitable to emulate dolphin?

Not tablets socs like the tegra x1 and k1

Im not asking for 50-60 fps maybe 30 and probably highter with overclocks, tweaks and such.

Currently you need something with an nVidia K1 to have anything like the reliability of desktop dolphin if you want an ARM chip, but these are only available in tablets, not phones.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

How is this a poll without the Tegra K1 and X1,  the only SoC's that are actually hitting playable speeds.  Because I'd like to hammer that poll option, only its not there.

I'm voting for Tegra X1 as well. I can't get stuff to play well on either my Note 4 or SHIELD tablet. X1 is the only one that's been playable to me.

The Atom option should be removed because Intel chips are not supported by dolphin.  Also I'm questioning the point of this poll,  when it has already been proven objectively that Tegra beats all,  then Qualcomm,  then Mali (unless you value accuracy more in which case Mali over qualcomm).  There's no reason for a poll because the answer is already there.

okay, also the mt6795 outperformed the SD810, and it has glorious mali graphics.

Benchmarks /= performance in dolphin.  Mali has the slowest GPU drivers out of the above mentioned.  Also,  "glorious mali graphics". What the f*ck are you smoking?  That sounds like some PC master race garbage,  except in this case there's no truth behind it.  Mali gets smoked in speed by Tegra devices in every instance,  and qualcomm devices will edge out in emulation from speedier drivers.  There's nothing special about Mali.

Less buggy drivers, also read the hole post, k1 and x1 dont count since they are used in tablets

I believe, then, that the answer is "none of them yet".

Atom is good but its just that Intel CPUs aren't good when mixed with ARM considering there's only an Arm JIT recompiler you'd have to wait for a X86 JIT recompiler to be added to dolphin in order to get any decent speeds and that won't be until someone somehow gets the Nokia N1 for x86 testing or just grow some balls and test the nexus player.Point is Intel atom CPUs are good for dolphin but games are played incredibly slow at least when you get past the start screen for most of them other than that the only you'd have Note 3 dolphin gameplay from Intel atom CPUs are if a x86 jit recompiler is added.
