v1.05 is now up in the main post! It's easily the biggest update yet. A complete overhaul of the highlight system, new keyboard/mouse buttons, new + updated Metroid Prime Trilogy extras, tons of quality of life + bug fixes, and support for three more games.

v1.07 is now up! Time to welcome some of Nintendo's heavy hitters to Phazon. Added support for Donkey Kong Country Returns, Super Mario Galaxy, and Wario World. On top of that, there's a shiny new Metroid Prime 1 skin, Phazon now supports mouse cursor bindings, and an F-Zero GX bug got squashed.

It's finally here. The last Phazon update*. But don't despair, we're going out with a bang. This update includes all of the highly requested features you've been asking for†. Inside you'll find support for Shrek Super Slam, OUYA buttons‡, and a special extra for Metroid Prime.

Seems like a really cool idea!
Kinda sad that there's no truly cross-platform scripting language that you can rely on . In reality, no home users are going to get powershell on Linux. I'd suggest rewriting this in Python (3) as it is fairly easy to install on windows 10 and goes preinstalled on many other OSes, but it is up to you. P.S.: I think that focusing only on UI replacement and support for user extensions would be better, as not everyone want bloated package when all they need is few buttons for their game, but it is just IMHO again. Maybe I should start project like this myself lol. At this time, however, I have no plans to rewrite anything in python. It would add considerable difficulty for the end user. There's no real upside to changing to python. Can you elaborate on this? |
