Phantasy Star Online ep. I & II (plus)

i just got my PSO iso on my computer and i go to play but right when it sets up you hunter id in the begining it come up with this error
"The game wants to go to memory card manager. BIOS is being HLE: d- so we cant do this"
now i've seen people playing this game and they have clips on youtube, but no one seems to say how they got past this problem any ideas?

why would you want to setup a hunters id?

eitherway, you did something that makes the cube reset; and we dont support resetting in emulation for gc stuff

I think your just at the first screen you see, if the Clock is wrong leave it, you can not change it trough going to the Gamecube menu as Dolphin does not have that.
