I do apologize if this has been solved before, but I could not find one. Is there a wayto Permanently Connect TR and non-TR Wii Mote Plus for Toshiba Stack?

It's tedious to have to grab a fork to press in the sync button on the TR wii motes while clicking ok when opening up dolphin every time. This would also make it a lot more user friendly.

Using Windows 7 x64 Home Premium.

No, but there's a way to permanently pair it with Dolphin, as you shouldn't be doing anything with a bluetooth stack any more. In Wiimote settings make sure continuous scanning is on. Then you either press 1 and 2 to temporarily sync a Wiimote until it's turned off, or the sync button to male it automatically look for DOlphin when any button is pressed.
