So I've followed the one guide on the dolphin website to improve FPS, and I'm not sure what else to do
I usually get around 15-20 fps when fighting, but when playing "break the targets" or something like that, i get like 60fps, (and I always die because of the speed up)
I'm not quite sure what specs you need to get more info but I'll list what I know
64bit Vista
Intel Pentium Dual Core E2200 2.20ghz
4gb ram
My video card is an ATI Radeon R4670 512mb DDR3
