Hello. I tried to make a post in the gamecube forums but the site wouldn't let me. I'm having alot of issues getting Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex running at it's correct 60 fps limit. The title screen, and the intro movies all run correctly, but as soon as you get you get to the room where you select what worlds to go to and the worlds themselves, are all locked at 30 fps. The game ran at 60 fps on my gamecube iirc. It's like the game has some built in frame limiter.
I have a good PC for dolphin as well.
i5 4670k @ 4.4ghz
gtx770
8 gb ram
Is this an emulation issue with Dolphin? I read a thread over at the google code site and the way they made it sound was it had something to do with idle skipping and the vi hack....but I disabled those both and nothing helps.
Is this fixable?
