Umm, Admin89, I'm not saying you're wrong in this particular case, but for me, latest master is very, very often faster than 3.5 due to a lot of adjustments and changes done in the past few months to speed up the emulator. Twilight Princess is one of the games that got affected hugely in OpenGL for me, which made it faster than D3D9 used to be even on EFB2Ram.
It's a bit of a myth that Dolphin just gets slower and slower as time goes on. It really gets slower as more features are added, then gets speed ups from new optimizations.
Point to the topic: The requirements can actually be LOWER now than they were at 3.5 depending on which 4.0-xxx build you choose. The texture pooling builds (before it was reverted) really seemed to make OGL fly on a lot of games, especially ones like Metroid Prime and Mario Kart (I don't remember if it affected Twilight Princess, but I do know that was one of the ones I tested.)
