After much fiddling I cannot get Skyward sword to run at 30fps. I just got gifted a new laptop and I think it should run fine. I am using the latest dolphin. It hovers between 22 and 24 fps. I am new at this and appreciate all the help. I am sure that it is somehow my fault Rolleyes Iam also having sound issues, multiple songs play together.. Playable but could be better

using direct3d11
1.5native
aa 2samples
af 1x
check scaled efb copy
skip efb
ignore format changes
external frame buffer disable
fast mipmap

your cpu is to slow to run skyward at 100%
over 3.2++ghz (sandybridge) is needed

and your cpu is only a quadcore(4core) cpu...
the hyperthreading cores are only emulated...
in short... for better thread balance
but nevermind dolphin only uses 2cores

but use directx9
and look into the skyward thread for best settings
EDIT by neobrain: that pic was kinda annoying..
EDIT by dannzen: don't fuck with my sig Dodgy
EDIT by neobrain: yet, I will keep doing it Tongue

That cpu is a bit too slow to get fullspeed all the time but it should still do well.

Turn on lock threads to cores and follow dannzens advice:

and look into the skyward thread for best settings
