Per-game controller settings?

Is there a way to customize controls for each game individually in Dolphin? Most Wii games have very different control styles, and while it's easy for games compatible with Gamecube and Classic Controller, but the vast majority of Wii games do not, and require vastly different control settings. I've been customizing every time I boot a different game, but can I just do custom settings and save to each game? I can't find anything for that. Thanks for the help!
