Per-Game Controller Configuration

Hello, Is there any way to have dolphin automatically change the controller configuration whenever a game is launched? Whether it be through the Dolphin ui launch or through a special command launch eg: directory/Dolphin.exe "Otherdirectory/rom.iso"
