I tried those 2 games on my laptop , Xenoblade run well and MH3 run fullspeed all the time with "EFB copies to Ram" and 2.5xIR ( i just start playing MH3 today for 2 hours ) . Both the 2 pentium are faster than my laptop CPU , so you shouldn't worry about themThanks for your sharing your own experience. The performance you get on your laptop seems to reinforce the notion that i5 2500k or i5 3570k are not needed for good results with most games.
About your GPU , just stick with directx9 backend , 4x Internal Res , no AA , 16x AF , you'll be fine
What about multiplayer though? Would these CPUs be able to handle 2 player Mario Kart Wii?
Any reason you'd pair the G2120 with a B75 mobo, or is that just so you will be sure you won't have to bios update an older H61 mobo before it'd work with the newer CPU?
