Yea I used it and tried other settings too. Im using the latest build. I tried disabling sound too.

I found out something though. The images are being rendered because when I take screenshots, I can see the game visuals. Only problem now is that it doesnt show up in Dolphin

Edit: Found out that was even a 3700+ build around but I couldnt download it. Anyway.im using 3659

I am not necessarily having major problems with speed, and I am mainly concerned with the quality of my video output, but if someone could help me make it run faster, great, though I doubt it with my measly 1.99 Gigs of RAM :/.

Anyways, I've tried updating to the latest directX and about 1,000 other things associated with my computer's graphics. I'm not too great with "fancy" computer words, so try to explain this to me as easily as possible.

Here is the crap you'll need to know:

XP (32 bit)
Tablet PC Edition 2005
Version 2002
Service Pack 3

Intel® Core™2 CPU
T5600 @ 1.83 GHz
1.83 GHz, 1.99 GB of RAM

Hope that's all of it.

Oh, and here's what the game looks like:

And here're my settings:

For graphics I'm using Dolphin Direct 3D9, not opengl, as I've had NO luck with that even when updating.

Oh and I'm using Dolphin r4525

I think that You might be using build of dolphin or awful settings because I get substantial better FPS in 60htz mode. I get 60 FPS most of the time, only dipping down into the 40s at its worst.

I've tried downloading Dolphin 3972, but when I open the file, some very briefly-active window in command prompt comes up then closes.

I actually tried using 3661, and it's just slow as Hell altogether. I think the graphics would work if I could get the thing to progress.

Any different settings than what I posted that you'd recommend, though?
