Your motherboard won't have any effect on your overclocking potential. Haswell uses an integrated VRM. Pretty much every Z87 board caps out at around 4.3GHz with it. I would recommend running wifi and BT through standalone adapters rather than getting a motherboard with them built in. As for monitors imported korean monitors are the only way to get those specs at that price. Both newegg and amazon sell them.
