Can someone please tell me if I should be able to run most Wii games on normal speed with these specs (see attachment) and a NVidia GeForce G 105M card? I get about 30 to 50 fps on Super Mario Galaxy and 25 on the start of the first level in Donkey Kong Country Returns. I've spent a lot of time trying to setup the emulator to boost the fps, without much effect.

That might be all that computer is capable of. I'd advise overclocking but, I'm willing to bet that is a laptop.
What settings do you use btw?

It's a laptop indeed. I've tried so many different settings and followed the instructions in the games' threads.
Do laptops generally have poor graphics cards? I bought this laptop a year ago and I was told it's a very decent card for gaming. 12-13-2010, 01:51 AM

I paid about €500, and it was a discount.
I'll try Dolphin on my regular pc (which is older). Btw, here's was Everest said about my pc in the "Overclocking" tab. Unfortunately it's in Dutch and I can't change that... My older pc has a GeForce 8400 GS card. Is that any better?... 12-13-2010, 02:23 AM
Newer (pricey) laptops finally have decent gaming video card options, both NVidia and ATI. It's SO much better than it was. I remember trying to emulate N64 on my ATI Rage Mobility POS. It lacked key compatibility features, no matter how fast I could try and get it.. and onboard video sucks no matter what it's in.

They might've become decent, but they're still equally worse than regular pc video cards, so what does it matter?
