What does frameskip does?

The windows 7 links dont work =[

broken links? sorry can't help you. i haven't uploaded the files.
frameskip is an option that may make the game less smoother but faster. frameskip set more than 2or 3 might cause game choppyness tho.

Thanks alot, well I tried it on Zelda TP (GC) and Mario Kart Wii and it was horrible lol

Zelda from 20 FPS went down to 9 FPS
and Mario Kart was the same from like 30 FPS went down quite a bit @_@

Because it skips 1 frame thus lowering your frames BUT! Look at your VPS when you use frame skip thats the game speed so yea. Blush

weird, my speed gets better with frameskip. Undecided
dunno what i can think of except that.
what build r u using? maybe it's the build that isn't much.
for best speed, i still suggest the beginning of the 5000's or 48xx revs
ohh. forgot, take a look at this SSE3 build http://www.mediafire.com/?hmwqztzky4m
