Hey will Dolphin emulator (mostly for Wii) run on this system?
CPU:Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E7300 @ 2.66GHz
RAM:2GB DDR2
GRAPHICS:NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT 512MB
(if not then tell me what should I upgrade)

Yes but you will have to disable some effects and play at low res
If you are looking for a wii game that play very fast (compared to most other games) try SSBB it plays very well
You should upgrade your CPU defiantly, but if you have the money you could also upgrade your Graphics

Some questions.
How low should the res be? Mostly I want to play Mario Kart,SSBB and maybe Super Mario Galaxy, and last what effects?(if you can tell me an example in the game)

--From an experience, try 1024x768....
just try the highest which below there's no performance difference...

- About the effects ... turn off the following : anti-aliasing/anisotropic filtering / pixel lighting/emulate format changes/ and in the advanced tab of (graphics) : Disable dest. alpha-pass /lighting /disable fog.

-- for Super mario galaxy, it's a very intensive game that literally kills resources so try the lowest resolution possible...
ALSO,try an SSE4.1 optimized build , that would give a nice speedup Wink
