Hello,
I'm using dolphin 5.0 with an I5 2500s, HD4550 , 4go of ram.
But Rogue leader and Fzero are slow

Which part is incorrect ?
And have you got an advice for a model replacement with the better quality/price ?

Thank you Smile

Your CPU is too slow for either of those games.

You chose extremely hard to emulate games.

Your GPU isn't ideal for Dolphin either.

If money is not an issue then here :
i5 6600k overclock to 4.4GHz or i7 6700k stock speed (4.0->4.2GHz) + Any Z170 mobo + EVGA GTX 750ti + DDR4 RAM (your current DDR3 will not work with this build)
G3258 OC to 4.4GHz + Z97 mobo are fine too but your current CPU is quad core , G3258 is dual core . Dolphin is a dual core application , so faster core will give you better framerate but I don't think it's a good idea to downgrade ...

Wouldn't an i7 6700 (non-K) still also work for these two games or is the unlocked 6700-k that much better in a stock state?

As you've already known K is for overclocking , non-K is not
non-k i7 6700 is not worth the money at all . I would rather get the Xeon E3-1230 v5 instead

Xeon E3 1230 V5 is i7 6700 on steroids , it's much cheaper because it doesn't have an iGPU . You will need C232 or C236 mobo though
