PC for SSBB (Project M)

Hey everybody, I just want to know if my PC can run Brawl at a constant 60 fps,
here are my specs.

Intel i3-4150 3.5 GHz
Intel HD Graphics 4400
8 GB DDR3 RAM (1600 MHz)

I really don't care about the visuals or resolution, I just want to have a fluid game experience and I will take any means necessary to
achieve that. So can anybody give me some suggestions on what my settings should be to obtain the maximum amount of frames?

Just default settings. You'll run at 60fps just fine.
