I'm guessing your PC shuts down because your CPU is overheating.
Could you check your temperatures with RealTemp, when you idle and when you play Twilight Princess?
Tell us those temperatures.

ok i tryed to play but now i got 2 bluescreens first one said IRQL-not-less-or-equal and second one said nothing. my normal temperature is now about 65 to 70

thats the first time i got that bluescreen i played many games but never had a problem?!
the not less-or-equal thing means it is something wrong with my drivers, right?
but why is it only when i try to play with dolphin?

Get BluescreenView and tell us the exact message, or screenshot it if you want.
Usually it's a memory problem.

Your idle temps are pretty high.

Dolphin use 100% 2 cores , normal pc should be :
idle : 30-35C
Full Load with Dolphin : 60-65C

Did your thermal status (Realtemp) show as "LOG" or "HOT" ? If so , please buy thermal compound (Acrtic MX-4) and apply it on the CPU immediately

Bit of an understatement. Do not play games if your temps are reaching 100C, that's hot enough to boil water, and it sounds a bit dangerous for your components, even if your computer is shutting itself off. If you want to play Dolphin, make sure you have some kind of after-market cooler, or a better system that runs cooler.
