Which do you think is better for running dolphin? I hope to play dolphin at 720 and a frame rate of at least 40. Also I'd hope to play a few Wii games but I highly doubt I can in my price range. Also as always price does not include stuff like monitor,keyboard or os

Only thing isnt 1 x 8gb better than 2 x 4gb because it gives me the option to add an extra 8gb of ram latter on when I can add money?

Also how good do you think this build would do in dolphin as an example? Like do you think it could handle Wii games on 720 or handle GC on 1080 depending on the game?

The board I picked out has 4 RAM slots, so it won't be a problem
Dual-channel RAM is usually better than single channel RAM for a variety of reasons.

The GTX 750 Ti can hit 4x IR in most if not all games, which is greater than 4K (down-samples to a 1080p monitor is very nice )

When it comes to the CPU for Dolphin (or PCSX2), since they're only dual-core programs, the faster those two cores are, the faster Dolphin runs. The i5-4690K performs the same as the i7-4790K at the same clock speeds, and are the fastest CPUs you can get.
