Yea, try to overclock you CPU at first. My mainboard auto-overclocks my CPU (default 3,2 GHz, Auto-OCed 3,72 GHz), but on these hot days the CPU getting a bit hotter inside my tower as it should, got twice a bluescreen last week (not so in winter/spring). Maybe I need to renew the CPU cooling paste. But anyway, with 3,72 GHz I get almost always constantly 30-31 FPS (patched with 30 FPS patch), even in fights and very big areas like Eryth Sea. Now I lowered my clock speed to default again (3,2 GHz) and only get 28-31 FPS and in fights it can fall to about ~22 FPS. Fights are a bit like slow motion etc. With 3,2 GHz my CPU temperature gets lowered a bit and for now, no more bluescreens. But I think I will change back to 3,72 again, because it plays better. It's a bit hard to get cold air in my room, the heat is "dam up" and stands in the room and that's not so good for the CPU as well. Maybe I use a ventilator with opened case to get the heat quickly away or so for now. Later I should renew my cooling paste etc.

Anyway, try to overclock, you should get more FPS. ^^ With about 3,4 GHz I get 29-31 FPS and with 3,72 it's max. Oh and I get more audio stutters with default CPU clock speed. Almost never with 3,72 GHz (equal if I use "Auto" or "Audio" in Config > Framelimit).
My Specs:
Mainboard: Asus Crosshair IV Formula | Ram: 2x2GB G.Skill Flare CL7 2000 + 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance CL7 1600 (not OCed) | GFX: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 (not OCed)
CPU+Cooler: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T BE @ 3,72 Ghz (Auto-OCed by Mainboard) + Prolimatech Megahalems Rev.B (+ 2x Enermax Everest 12cm)

Your CPU is too slow - Overclock it even more.

And you could post your settings (as screenshots if possible)

So It take it the audio issue is still plaguing everyone?
I'm using the patch from here
dolphin 3.0-243
DSP HLE emu with Dsound or xaudio 2 and I still get audio problems running around. In menus it immediately goes away but comes back as soon as i exit.
I'm running a i7 2600k OC to 4.8ghz watercooled
GTX 560ti
16GB of DDR3
It does fix it self from time to time but its really random when it does.

No, it's working really great, just use a more recent build with HLE Audio Fix for Xenoblade.

Again, try this clean 3.0-496 build, that I used to play Xenoblade Chronicles.

Dolphin_Xenoblade_HLE_Fix-win-x64-v3.0-496
Code:

or

Dolphin_Xenoblade_HLE_Fix-win-x86-v3.0-496
Code:
http://www.mediafire.com/?btoccagd44p9n9v
or
http://www47.zippyshare.com/v/45664987/file.html

And the config I used, copy the *.ini files to "C:\Dolphin\User\Config":
Code:
http://www.mediafire.com/?q2uniqgap0mize5
or
http://www63.zippyshare.com/v/33715170/file.html

But the "WiimoteNew.ini" is configured for my needs, Saitek P480:

With this Wii button configuration, maybe it fits for someone and works for similar controllers:

Otherwise, just don't copy "WiimoteNew.ini" from the archive and use your own. Likely my config upload will not work with all systems, but could help to fix some contingencies. So make a backup of your already existent "Config" folder! Wink
My Specs:
Mainboard: Asus Crosshair IV Formula | Ram: 2x2GB G.Skill Flare CL7 2000 + 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance CL7 1600 (not OCed) | GFX: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 (not OCed)
CPU+Cooler: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T BE @ 3,72 Ghz (Auto-OCed by Mainboard) + Prolimatech Megahalems Rev.B (+ 2x Enermax Everest 12cm)

I have no idea how to download this

Do I need an entirely new build or can I patch my downloaded dolphin from the official site?

And where do I put the patch?

A recent ICC optimized build would be nice, since ICC dramatically improves framerates.

Every benchmark i have seen has shown such builds to be (very) slightly slower.

ICC CAN improve the framerate, but it's not guaranteed. Just test it and choose the build which works best for ya Big Grin
