[PATCH] Use any miniupnpc versions 1.5 - 1.8 ;; no cmake halt

This is a patch that provides a small compatibility layer that allows Dolphin to use any version of miniupnpc between 1.5 and 1.8. Neither Debian nor Ubuntu provide the latest version, 1.8, which Dolphin otherwise requires. The compatibility layer is specific to Dolphin, it only provides a layer for the functions that Dolphin uses.

This patch also fixes the bug that makes the cmake configure process halt for several seconds.
