I should find some time to write a guide...

Get the latest SVN version of the emulator... (you can find compiles all over the forums)
Then open the wiimote plugin config panel
Under Emulated wiimote click "Configure"
Then under "UDP Wiimote" click "Configure"
Check the "Enable" box

Now on the phone (with the config window still open on the computer) tap the item named "Dolphin-Emu WiiMote 1" that just appeared (your phone and the computer must be on the same network)
Close the config window on the computer.
Tap "Start", select the desired layout, start the game and enjoy Big Grin

sorry guys for the slow progress, but real life takes precedence.
skin support is on the way in 4.0, almost done, but i'm no good at graphics. I need pictures for all the buttons (pressed and not pressed) (you can see examples of not pressed ones in the .app), background images for each layout, and new layout suggestions (classic controller will be in 4.1)

Hello da_petcu!
To start: thanks a lot for this awesome addon. It's wonderful, and it works like a charm...almost ^_^

In fact, i am having a little problem with the IR pointer. While each and every button work, i cannot get the little "hand" (the pointer when you go to the home menu) to move no matter what config i choose (Normal, touch or acc.)

That is very strange. The buttons are working correctly, as well as the nunchuck roll and pitch. It's just the small white hand that would not move no matter how much i try.

Is there some kind of config i should make in the UDPwiimote or in the "wiimote" settings panel?

Let me know,
and thanks again!

To use the IR pointer you must have it enabled under Filters on the phone and under UDP Wiimote -> Configure in the plugin. Also you must not have button or joystick assigments for the IR pointer, and the mouse pointer must be offscreen. This is done not to interfere with normal mouse/joystick input. It only works when these are not used...

Guess I should really make some kind of detailed guide.... I am too lazy right now... Tongue

EDIT:

Ill explain the different IR pointer modes:
Normal mode - on layouts with an IR pad you can use the pad like a trackpad
Touch mode - on layouts with an IR pad if you touch the pad the "hand" appears at a point on screen relative to the position of the touch in the pad's bounding box (ex: if you touch the pad in the middle, the cursor appears in the middle of the screen) lifting the finger will make the cursor disappear
Accelerometer mode - pitch controls vertical movement and roll controls horizontal movement of the pointer
Compass mode (3GS/iPhone 4 only) - pitch controls vertical movement and yaw controls horizontal movement (very inaccurate)
Gyro mode (iPhone 4 only) - same as above only very precise This has not been implemented yet... Planned for 4.0 or 4.1

On all modes except the normal mode you can use the pad like in touch mode
