a real auto-mode would use even high frameskip to achieve the wanted speed, but this here tries to keep the real fps as high as possible.

well you can add a hotkey really easy, but i dont see the point.
with this patch here, frameskip is only applied when needed, so its off whenever its not needed and if its needed there is no point in turning it off by hotkey.
so when do you want to use the hotkey ?
