Parsec doesn't work on Dolphin Emulator

I and my friends want to play a game together on Dolphin Emulator with parsec but we load up the game, only the host is able to control. We configured ports for us to use. How can we make it that we can play together?

One of my friends uses Parsec for Dolphin and it works for them. How are you configuring your controls?
