Paper Mario TTYD: professor Frankly not cutting gate in prolouge

After i talked to Professor Frankly before the first chapter, he went out with me and Goombella to cut the gate. Everything still works, music, graphics but the cutscene didn't got triggered. So i hear the Rougeport music and I see frankly not cutting the gate.

My Specs are low btw: Intel Core 2 Duo, Windows 7 HomePremium, x64, 4GB ram, Ati Mobility Radeon 3400HD

How can I fix this error? Its my favourite game and I rly dont want to buy a new computer or a Gamecube

Update to the latest development version of Dolphin. You might need to switch graphics backend to OpenGL too.

When I change it to OpenGL it shows me like 100 Error messages and then it crashes

Your GPU is simply too old and doesn't support DX11 nor OGL 4.5. I'm afraid there's nothing you can do to fix that other than upgrading your computer...

If you don't want to buy a Gamecube or new computer, you could check out Ebay, as they have used Wii's for sale for pretty cheap.
