I had some more free time and whipped up two other textures I noticed weren't updated:

Mushroom Emblem in the Battle scene (top of the curtains) and the lock.

When testing the textures in-game, the hole in the lock was rendered with wobbly lines. Any ideas why?

Your texture doesn't line up perfectly with the original. That's definitely what's causing the issue.

Where's the location for the chapter numbers? Like when you go onto the blimp for the first time and then a cinematic takes place. Then the Chapter 3 cinematic also plays, where's the letters/font for that located at?

only the numbers for chapter 1 & 2 are textured so far

Just look at the difference between "1" and "スターポイントゲット！"(Star Point Get!). This is impressive.
Everything looks correct...? while the Japanese things are just rendered like before.
wait...not really correct? Seems like the 0 digit is bigger than that 3 in Gombella's health...?

So I was so excited I recently found out about this whole HD reshader and texture packs. I found out how to install them but I keep getting an error when I load the game, during the introduction of the game. Here is an attachment on the error that i'm getting. Not only did it crash the game, but it wouldn't let me exit out of dolphin. I then had to do a hard shut down on my PC by holding the power button.

Dolphin shouldn't be causing full system lockups under any circumstances. You might want to ask in the support forum. There's definitely some deeper issues going on.
