He said in the beginning that's why he was using. Dolphin 5.0-5316 is a development version.

Here's what I would do if I were you. Check prefetch textures (if possible on your system) monitor the resources e.g. cpu, ram, disk while the game starts. Check to make sure you graphics card drivers are up to date. Check windows for updates. Try using a different video backend.

You could also use ubershaders on hybrid mode. And try using less options in the graphics settings/hacks section for a bit more stability and see if anything changes.

Ok, so here is a log of me running with prefetch on, showing everything. I went until i loaded in my save, my cpu was ~80% on opening, until it said "Custom textures loaded, 3.1mb in 15s" than i barely went over 50. Checked for all updates, and all good there. Also tried with ubershaders on hybrid and it didnt get rid of the stutters with the png pack nor did it make the dds pack load... I'm so confused as to what could be keeping it from loading... Thanks for trying to help me out

The only game specific option I have is that dual core is disabled because it causes glitches in ttyd (at least for me)

was the dds pack updated with the new bc7 compression? this was added quite recently in build 5.0-4894. it could be not working on some hardware

Hi, I wanted to share some edited textures I made to replace some textures that had some transparent pixels between the lines. I've also included a WIP for replacing the current textures for Madame Flurrie, as the outline for her jewelry and lips were the incorrect color. I'm not good with drawing outlines, so I've included .psd files and a few .png files of the textures I've gotten done. The incomplete textures are the ones of her lips and bracelet.

I also wanted to list the textures in the current pack that could be improved. I haven't read through the thread entirely, so I may have missed some posts about textures being redone.

The shoe textures for the Blue and Black Yoshi Kid have the soles colored incorrectly. This is probably more nitpicky, but the color of some of the shoes look a bit too dark compared to the official textures and the colors of the outlines seem off compared to the official textures.
tex1_48x40_799b7db61874f429_14 and tex1_48x40_e194a15aab9ec8cf_14 for Bobbery's feet have aliasing on the light brown circle.
tex1_40x40_15cbafb461634db2_14 for the lightning bolt has aliasing
The textures for Blooey, the Buzzy Beetles, Dooplis, Hammer Bro, Koopinator, Macho Grubba, Magikoopa, the Piders, and the bodies of the Yux look pretty rough.
The circle and triangle textures of the Yux look pretty rough and they have aliasing.
For the purple Boo, the color of the outlines of its teeth differed in some of the textures.
For the white Boo, I noticed that tex1_112x112_d54cef6630c3a364_14 had an outline on the flipper and was darker compared to the other images. There were also a few textures missing the gradient in the mouth, the color of outlines of its teeth differed in a few textures, and some textures had aliasing.
For Don Pianta, some of his textures had missing or incomplete gradients e.g. his hat and orange body parts.
For Francesca, some of her textures are a bit too derivative and lack proper gradients.
For Frankie, the texture for his link looks off compared to the official sprite, some of his textures have aliasing, lack proper gradients, and the texture for his tie has mismatching colors.
The textures for the Lakitus, Mayor Dour, Merlee, Parakarry, and some of the textures for the Punies look pretty rough.
The head textures for Blue Toad, Cyan Toad, Dark Green Toad, Female Purple Toad, Female Red Toad, Toadette, and the Traveling Sisters are lacking gradients for their spots and all of them, but the Traveling Sisters, have aliasing.
The body textures for the Female Purple and Female Red Toads have some aliasing.
The textures for Toadette look rough.

Yeah, we're using bc7 now. Hopefully this problem can get sorted out. I personally haven't been able to reproduce any issues.  Huh

Nice catches! The Flurrie textures specifically were added before we had a "standard" for how to remake the textures. Information like this is always helpful! Smile

Heyo! I've been eyeing this project for a while, and have to say you all are doing an amazing job. I've actually been working on a TTYD romhack for a while, and made it compatible with this texture pack c:
I'd love to help out with this, if you're cool taking on new submissions. Here's a higher-quality version of the Famicom Disc System logo in Grodus' office:
