Using Dolphin 4.0-6219.

I'll post my configs if you need it, but it's pretty much everything default.

a few things you could try:
disable dual core in dolphin as it's problematic with this game and causes stuttering when loading textures. 
try the isiiruka dolphin build which seems to work better for some people, and offers some additional graphical features.
try the dds version of the texture pack which uses less memory, although with your high specs it might not make a difference
you could also try a new build of dolphin, the version you have could have introduced problems with the game

i've completed some new textures 162 total. mostly consists of textures for the audience characters in battles, punis and various other chapter 2 environment textures, and a few other things as well. i tried set up the folder structure similar to the pack to make them easy to integrate and identify what goes where. download here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/p5b4ebrf5bbxpxz/12-24-15_update.zip

You are using the NTSC version of this game and while I'm from Germany I'm using the PAL version ..

So I think we should have two main-folders (NTSC/PAL)
When we are uploading textures, we do it twice (G8ME01-NTSC/G8MP01-PAL)

This won't be a problem in the future. When 5.0 is released I plan on changing the folder name to "G8M" so that region isn't a problem. I haven't done this yet because it doesn't work with earlier builds. After 5.0, everyone should be running 5.0 or newer anyway so that won't be a problem.

very nice, the remade path and white tree leaf textures are better than what i came up with
