try dolphin 5.0-6854, which according to the changelog fixed a bug relating to hd texture filenames.
as far as running slowly according to your profile you have a AMD HD 6450, an entry level graphics card released in 2010. the other hardware listed should be fine. Dolphin doesn't need a super powerful machine but turning on options like high internal resolution, antialiasing, and HD textures will hit your graphics card pretty hard. Might be time for an upgrade.
you could also try resetting your config by deleting dolphin.ini and gfx.ini from Documents\Dolphin Emulator\config
