Just wondering if anyone knows which version of dolphin runs paper mario thousand year door the best. Been a while since I played the game and I'm dying for another play through (one of my favorite games ... I don't like the new paper mario on wii but this one is awesome!).

Win 7 ultimate x64
GTX 260
So far I have been running it fine except for a few glitches like when the boat and some other things flip and things like going in pipes, sleeping in inns, using paper plane. seem to make a giant black or w/e the background color is mario appear.
Is there a version that doesn't have these problems or just suffer through it?
