Paper Mario Thousand Year Door, Pokemon XD Gale Of Darkness and Zoids Battle Legends

HELP!!! Pokemon XD Gale of Darknes, Paper Mario Thousand Year Door and Zoids Battle Legends is running so slow and i dont know why im only getting 10% to 15% speed with every thing turnd off or right down. I dont know if it is my system specs so
this is what i have got

Win 7 Pro x86
ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO AGP Saphire
P4 dual core 2.8ghz
18 inch screen (1440X900)
HD TV card
Logitec 5.1 speakers
2GB of Ram DDR2
500GB hard drive
I am also using Driect X as the graphics plugin

I've never heard Pentium 4 dualcore.Pentium 4 is a cheapest processor which has only 1 core 2 thread,dual core has 2 core 2 thread .The speed of dualcore is 5-10*times faster than pentium 4.You only have that speed because your CPU is too weak

Thank you. sorry i got the pentium wrong mine is a pentium D and Pokemon XD Gale Of Darkness can only run on a single core not dual core
