Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door | Ultra Boots Crash

I was playing Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door until the game crashed when I entered the Ultra Boots tutorial cutscene. I restarted the game and when I entered the same cutscene again, it crashed again. So, this is consistent. Does anybody know what is causing this and what I can do to fix this issue? The error I am getting is shown below.

Post screenshots of your graphics config. Also, try again with cheats and Dual-Core mode disabled.
